Alison brings a people-first perspective to that mission. She understands the importance of listening, following through, staying organized, and caring about the people behind the business.

A HEART FOR PEOPLE

Before becoming an entrepreneur and business leader, Alison spent years working directly with people and helping customers navigate important decisions. That experience taught her the value of trust, communication, and doing what you say you're going to do.

Today, those same principles influence the way she works with business owners and the Kingdom Impact team.

For Alison, success isn't simply about building a bigger company. It's about building something meaningful — something that creates opportunities for others, strengthens families, serves communities, and leaves a legacy.

FAMILY, FAITH & LEGACY

Outside of business, Alison is a proud wife, mother, and stepmother.

Her family has played an important role in shaping who she is as a leader. Her daughter, Haley, who was born with Down Syndrome, has taught Alison some of life's most important lessons about patience, grace, perseverance, and finding beauty in the details.

Those lessons continue to influence how Alison approaches both life and business.

She believes that the greatest measure of success isn't what we accumulate, but what we build, who we help, and what we leave behind.
