I come from a well-rounded background in banking, finance, and risk management. My career has been dedicated to serving the business market, and over the years, I’ve built a robust network of funding sources.
These include banking institutions, private lending organizations, private equity, individual investors, and hard money lenders. This network creates an ecosystem that allows me to serve as a conduit for my clients, providing them with access to urgently needed capital—resources they might not otherwise obtain through traditional bank financing.
At Alliance Business Solution, we are a Business Concierge company focused on helping businesses build successful and recession-proof operations. When I begin a new client relationship, my primary objective is to assist with capital readiness, ensuring they are prepared to face challenges and seize opportunities with confidence and optimism.
Once we’ve achieved this, I work with my clients to identify key areas of risk exposure, vulnerabilities, and potential cost savings. Together, we address these areas with long-term, sustainable solutions.

"THE BUSINESS DOCTOR"
They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Looking back at my younger self and the self-destructive path I was on, I can attest to the truth of that statement. By April of 1987, I had hit rock bottom—living in an abandoned trailer, addicted to drugs, and a high school dropout. I was homeless, hopeless, and seemingly destined for a bleak future.
But deep down, I knew there was more to me. I knew I was capable of living up to a higher potential. I wanted more. I deserved better. One morning, I made the most important decision of my life: I chose to change.
Sometimes, the best place to start is rock bottom. I sought out a mentor—someone who believed in me and helped me uncover the hidden potential I always knew was there. I changed the people I surrounded myself with, immersed myself in personal growth, and consumed every piece of educational and inspirational material I could find. Most importantly, I took action. I followed my mentor’s guidance, even when it was uncomfortable or inconvenient.
Fast forward to September 24, 2010. I was featured in the Sacramento Business Journal’s spotlight as the founder of one of the fastest-growing companies in the area. My company, Intelligent Business Network Solutions, Inc., had grown into a $1 million business—built from scratch during one of the worst economic crises since the Great Depression. Between 2007 and 2009, we grew by an incredible 63.9%.
While I was proud of those accomplishments, I realized that my true passion was helping others achieve success faster than I had. In 2013, I sold my company and began focusing on what I do best: empowering small business owners to achieve consistent, predictable, and profitable results.
Today, I am an international business and sales expert with over 30 years of real-world experience. I’ve trained thousands of professionals through public speaking, webinars, mastermind groups, one-on-one consulting, and corporate retreats. I am best known for creating systems that guarantee high-quality referrals every single month—systems that transform chaos into clarity and potential into profit. Not too shabby for a once-homeless, juvenile delinquent from Oakland, right?
