Hi I’m Greg Harper and I am the President of a successful small business in Northern California and I am also a VP at a large Insurance Carrier. I’m 46 years old and over the last 10 plus years, I’ve been managing effective teams, departments, and alongside my business partners, growing our small business over the last 8 years. I’ve launched several new teams and built them from the ground up to address gaps in business needs and areas of opportunity, as well as being responsible for a department ranging from 130-150 full-time employees at any given moment. I'm an enthusiastic leader with a passion for supporting individuals and organizations in reaching their full potential. With a knack for creativity, a sharp mind, and a friendly demeanor, I'm here to assist you in all things related to leadership, team building, and effective management. There is nothing I appreciate more than developing a team of managers and seeing them take their company or department to the next level.
